Our team is dedicated to helping you fully understand your options so that you feel confident in the hair you choose.
Our specialty is non-medical, non-surgical hair replacement. These options include wigs, toppers, bonded hair systems, and the CNC Hair System. The first step to fully understanding these options and what might work best for you is a consultation with our team.
Because every woman has different needs when it comes to their hair, there is no one size fits all solution. This is why it is very important to us that we have a large selection of sample hair pieces in our studio that you can touch, feel, and try on. Investing in new hair is a huge step and we want you to be 100% confident in your choice and your financial investment.
We offer a curated selection of hair pieces that are available quickly — in about 2 to 4 weeks. Our fully custom hair pieces, however, take several months to produce. If you are planning for an important upcoming event it is a good idea to reach out to us as early as possible to ensure you can get your new hair in your preferred timeframe.
Choosing your new hair is only the first step in getting your new look. Every hair piece that leaves our studio is customised in some way by our team. We further perfect each new hair piece with a customised cut and colour work when needed.

During a phone consultation we will get a basic understanding of your unique situation and provide education about the solutions that we offer in our studio. We can review basic price ranges and answer any questions you may have. We can then set up an in-person consultation if there are options you would like to explore further.

We offer consultation via Facetime and Zoom for people who either live out of town or for those who would like to start with this option before committing to an in-person consultation. During an in-person consultation our objective is to fully understand your unique situation and provide education about the solutions that best fit your exact needs. You will receive straightforward, honest information in a private, supportive environment. The in-person consultation is hands on and you are able to see samples of each type of solution and try them on if you would like. Friends and family who are part of your support system are more than welcome to join you for your consultation. Privacy and comfort is our priority. Our consultations take place in a private room.

Privacy and comfort is our priority at every stage of your journey. From your first consultation through to your ongoing appointments, every service takes place in a private room. You are never required to explain your situation to anyone, and you are always welcome to bring your support system along — whether that’s a family member, a close friend, or both.
Hands-On Education
If you are brand new to wearing hair, getting hair for the first time can be equal parts exciting and overwhelming. How do I wash my wig? How do I style my topper? Will I mess up my CNC by heat styling it? Don’t worry — these questions and concerns are totally normal and to be expected. Part of our process is hands on, step by step instruction that will set you up to feel prepared and confident in caring for your new hair. On the day that you receive your new hair we will provide extensive education on everything you need to know.
Ongoing Support
Our studio is here to support you throughout your entire hair loss journey which means we have services and support to help you before, during, and after purchasing new hair. Hair loss has the ability to take the joy out of moments in life that should be really special. It can also hold you back from fully experiencing day to day life.
